At VFMC, we embed wellbeing through our Balanced Lives Team Agreements. This is where teams share their commitments to ensuring our approach to work is sustainable, enjoyable and productive. We encourage meeting-free time, permission to disconnect, shorter meeting times, membership to our in-building wellness facilities, EAP access, Mental Health First Aid Training and our annual flu shot program.

Hybrid & Flexible working

At VFMC, we have embedded hybrid and flexible working into the way we work by empowering teams to develop and implement Balanced Lives Team Agreements. VFMC’s culture supports our people to work both in and out of the shared workplace, where working flexibly is considered business as usual.

Growth & Development

Development @ VFMC is a program focused on the growth and development of all VFMC people. Through regular development discussions with people leaders our people have the opportunity to access programs such as the VFMC Mini MBA, VFMC Analyst Program, New Leader Program, VFMC Rotations Program, People Leader Forums and the Change Makers Program.
