Through our partnership with VFMC teams, clients and DTF, we champion client needs to deliver engaged and informed Performance Reporting and Client Service and support our brand through communications.
The Client Services Team is the central liaison between our State Agency Clients and VFMC specialist teams. The goal is to ensure a positive and professional client experience by managing all client requests. The team assists clients in reviewing their investment strategy and supports VFMC’s Pooled Fund Clients, providing technical guidance on investment offerings and reviewing Investment Policy Statements.
Additionally, the team delivers investment updates through educational events and reports to help clients report to their stakeholders.
The Communications function supports transparent, timely and meaningful communication with clients, stakeholders and our people through internal and external channels.
The Communications team plays a critical role in facilitating effective flow of information ensuring alignment of our company’s strategic goals and values.
